My journey into the world of real estate began in 2017. After several successful investments in Norway, I discovered how powerful real estate can be as a tool for financial growth and security. That experience sparked my desire to take the next step  into new markets and greater opportunities.

When I moved to Spain to study, I simultaneously explored the possibility of making my first international investment in one of Europe’s most dynamic real estate markets. The goal was clear: to make a secure and strategic investment.

But even with motivation and capital, I was missing the most important things:
Security, local market knowledge, and the right partners.
A year later, I returned to Norway without a property, but with valuable insight into what it truly takes to succeed abroad.

My thoughts then turned to Pakistan, where both the market and the potential were significant.
Once again, the same challenges appeared: lack of transparency, security, and professional actors who could stand by me through the process. Uncertainty overshadowed opportunity, even in a market I was familiar with.

The turning point came when I was introduced to One Homes. Finally, I found a company that could offer what I had been missing: structure, market knowledge, and access to exclusive projects. With their support, I completed several successful international investments.

I had a great advantage: with both a legal and business background, I didn’t need anyone to guide me through Norwegian laws, tax regulations, or business practices I could navigate safely and independently at home in Norway.
